It is illegal to take the plane due to a lien. This is pure bupkis!! If someone gets a roof replaced on a building they own and doesn't pay the bill... The roofing company can take their building? Lol... Not a chance! A lien is put on the building and they can't sell that building until the bill is paid. Kalitta can't take the plane because they don't own the plane. A car is repoed when you don't pay a bill because the bank actually owns the car until it's paid off. Kalitta is not the bank and does not own 706BL. More Hearsay getting put out there that is completely False!! I'm seeing this pattern!
