P53 - Some oldies but goodies (more reading) I pulled on the dream that is drugging this pathway, given the newer rsch under discussion this past week... posts by KMBJN (our resident Teache), frrol, a-17, Infinity, xoc. Also came across some news on APR-246 (PRIMA-1) for prostate.

Hopefully Monday's update will help further suss where we're at, where we're headed. 2016 shaping up to be rather telling.

Good w/e to all. El Niño starting to deliver snow to the Rockies, not as much to the Sierras, but no complaints.
