Haha they got delisted because of share price. Look at all oil companies and you will see that ALL have had major decline is share price.

Start of 2015 to name a few

CHK 20.00 - 4.00
APC 80.00 - 40.00

Lets not pretend the oilfield is good for American based companies right now, because it's not.
