Because China is a way for a scam company to pretend to have business but have no way for investors to verify. Really this is a clasic way for scam companies to pump...i refer you to axpw. And this is not the only publicaly traded company where you can get daily fantasy sports exsposure(you can't even with SING yet...just all talk, as usual). refer you to this article where it shows multiple ways to invest in daily sports betting:
