Greetings i see your point as you look at it. But i am sure when you trade it is not your intention to gamble. I am sure it is your intention to trade for gain. No matter if u r a day trader swing trader or or buy holder. The goal is to invest in companies that are offering shares of their enterprises. Scam or not it doesnt change the basic principle of what trading is. That is a fact. We invest we dont gamble. 8f we want to gamble there is los vegas and crap tables and so on.

Now with that said the negative element of the otc and otcbb is that is is full of not so nice business people taking advantage of the system. This i agree. I can even see your point about viewing this situation to a gamble. I have even heard buying pennystocks is a lotto. Over the years the meaning has become more negative because the actions of a few. But there are good pennystock from small companies. These compannies are looking for investors. So i try not to use the negative terms

One of these small newbies with their pennystock may make one of us or several wealthy. Again i think u and coolbob is right in your assessment of arsc. BUT We should becareful in applying terms. I am not apart of their enterprise. I brought shares after the last split. I was surprise to be notified that i was holding a majority stake. And i am sure it is becaused they have not filed the proper outstanding share volumes.

However until they do that is my situation. Sec says i have more the 63 percent of the filed share volume. I will do what i can to resolve this issue.
