Re:Netscape...

Netscape curreent and ex employees and perhaps thousands of others at many other companies who were nullified under his leadership at MSFT,

When Netscape first came onto the scene and offered stock. Marc Andreeson (sp?) declared to businessweek they they would 'bury' Microsoft. They even worked on a scheme where you would use your Netscape Browser to go to a virtual desktop where all of your netscape office apps would work under netscape and all data would be stored on a server.

..treat hard working people in his own country as if they were expendable, just because he had the power to do it, and is still doing it if he can get away with it.

Zanny, that is every day business. Lets look at other examples:

Internet companies that floundered and failed during the internet-stock bubble burst that were headed by 20 something year old college drop-outs who had no business opening a company? INVESTORS lost their money on these also.

Companies forced out of business by WALMART.

AOL - They will be dropping Netscape for IE.

ENRON - Did I recently read 11 cents on the dollar for the employees 401K? A drop in the bucket when you consider what the bigwigs will be KEEPING!

APPLE - What about all those clone companies it put out of business?

Again, all every day stuff in the business world. The problem is MSFT did it MUCH better than anyone and the lawsuit for the consumer...was FILED BY MSFT COMPETITORS WHO WANTED TO COMPETE IN THE COURTROOM! LOOK IT UP!

which has yet to be settled - Only ONE state is holding out....for more money!

The lawsuit is over, accept it!
