To each his own, everyone is speculating!
My guess is the deal is not complete, I bet that Astellas will be a few MM shares short, and those holding are determined/or bust for a better offer, frankly you can’t blame shareholders for wanting a better deal, and the new 5%++ holders I bet have a number in mind, IMO somewhere north of 20%... if you include fees could be 30%...
Ball in Astellas court….step up or out, but then just maybe the new shareholders have already anticipated that scenario before their investment, all speculation, you see no one knows, except Astellas, they could raise the offer till acceptance…..it still would be a good deal for them……IMO…
