It's complicated to say just in one post. Fowler is not in charge. He is getting sued by the company, for false intentions. (Wording maybe off a tad, I am driving). Mel stepped up and is now in charge of everything. The lawsuit is a positive for the company and its shareholders. The company is still current with info. There are articles you can find online that better describes this whole mess.
