Yes this is real. I have had a few email converses with Ken Williams over the past few months. Supposedly he is still majority vote however the MobiWeb deal removed him as CEO. Ken went on to say however that the MobiWed deal has been cancelled and Ken is in the midst of getting financing to "pay the bills", and get Medican up and going again and with that keeping to the root of what the company was, the cannabis industry. I am not sure if this guy is full of it or not, just relaying what I have from him. I hope he gets this going. I hound him quite often the past few weeks as I hope he gets some progress going in the very early stages of 2016.
