Speaking of lurking...
I don't own shares anymore but haven't given up watching to see if something happens here to warrant buying back in. This PR is not that 'something'.
Can't you guys read? It says that they won a bid from the city of Norfolk for the Norfolk J.D.C. The sentence that mentions 2 million dollars is talking about the "entire state's juvenile offender population". They did not win a bid for the entire state.
Wouldn't you like to see a PR that didn't have everyone reading between the lines and trying to guess what the bottom line is?
