It was late cause things take time and a double merger isn't an overnight phenomena. Merging with companies overseas also played a role, I would need an accurate share structure count to determine whether an RS would even be needed but that's something I think some shareholders have discovered isn't in the works in the near term. CEO stated late last year that the thought of an RS was nowhere in site and had been left OFF the table for discussion. I look forward to seeing things move from here. An accurate share count would be welcomed in any event
