Think about this as well.... Screw the share price. Even if they did do an R/S they need value @ 35 mil to stay compliant with NASDAQ and right now if it was averaged high they are only @ about 20 mil. That means this need to minimally double from here. Would be easily done with solid P.R. that can hold after the dilution. After all that they have done to go forward, I am sure they have a respectable plan to keep this listed.
