Here is what is funny - from the Zale pity party he states:

Coincidently, Crayola’s parent company Hallmark was in the process of reinventing Crayola as, “The Color Company” not just about Crayons. This was a blessing for Zalemark and with virtually no capital and hundreds of hours of sweat equity, we set out to bring this to fruition.

Why didn't Zalemark have any capital???

The list is almost endless - POSH TV, Paris Blues, Demeter....

But, oddly Zalemark didn't have any assets or capital for the Crayola launch.
