Chuck, thanks for the conference call last night, appreciate the time that all you fellas have and continue to put into this recovery.

I am still going to ask the same question that appears to not to have been answered.

Will MD get his diluted 200 million shares in the new reorganized company?

I am sure there were other culpable persons and entities that were contributors to the demise of CPRK, are they going to benefit from the Renascence?
