There has been no Authorization to increase shares with the Nevada Secretary of State so the July 2015 proposal to increase shares may never be done.The foregoing actions were approved on June 24, 2015 by our Board of Directors. That was filed on December 23rd, 2015. Perhaps Asif is pushing down the price to buy cheap shares, because that type of filing is almost always joined with a flurry of PRs.
Current A/S as on 01/07/2016 is 1B shares, and float around 350 to 400 Million. The SEC filing is a PRE- share increase document and has been resolved since July 2015. Seems like he is no hurry to increase A/S nor to do anything.
But as it is now 1B is all that shares that can be issued.
