Well, they could keep em alive ......if they can satisfy the creditors...maybe with that funding they're getting.

But Ch7 is total going out of business........ Ch11 is reorganization so they can stay alive.......and usually they need something to give the creditors....and that's shares in the new company....i.e. New Shares...and there'll be a lot less of them........fwiw.

There are exceptions....depending on how bad it is....how much they owe...but 95% of the time old shares go bye bye....

I got some here...so hoping for the best.....

Have they actually filed a ReOrg plan?.....Has the court accepted it? What does it say..........too lazy to get on Pacer....lol
