In the event? "In the event PPG bought Comex out (as you "think"), that wouldn't change the need for the purchased product. 99.999% of the time, when one company buys another company, their contracts/customers/clients come with it. That's usually the biggest reason why one company buys another. If HCTI had a legitimate order from Comex, PPG would still need it filled for whatever purpose Comex needed it for"

Last I checked we are 2016. PPG acquired Comex in November of 2014. Its old news. People don't think PPG is a player for nothing. We will see what happens but the DD is there and everything is unfolding before us. Either way, whoever said 2016 would be a HUGE year for HCTI, was absolutely right. Up or down its going to be huge LOL

But to look at:

From the Wall Street Journal article posted above:

PPG Executive Vice President Michael McGarry noted that Mexico's market for construction and decorating paints, such as exterior house paint, has been growing faster than the country's overall economy, although paint consumption relative to gross domestic product is below developed markets.

Mexico City-based Comex, founded in 1952, distributes much of its paint through 3,600 stores that are independently owned and operated by more than 700 concessionaires, giving the brand high visibility. PPG officials plan to maintain this network, which they said has been a successful strategy for Comex.

"We have long been an admirer of their concessionary network and their relationships with their customers," said Mr. McGarry. -

so the Vice president likes their network and customer relations hmm, Yeah I would too.

Btw for anyone who didnt see heres a motley fool article published 10 hours ago about how PPGs Comex acquisition is going to finally pay off:

http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2016/01/06/ppg-industries-comex-acquisition-should-begin-to-p.aspx

And at the very bottom if you're willing to go premium theres a special little paragraph that notes:

A secret billion-dollar stock opportunity
The world's biggest tech company forgot to show you something, but a few Wall Street analysts and the Fool didn't miss a beat: There's a small company that's powering their brand-new gadgets and the coming revolution in technology. And we think its stock price has nearly unlimited room to run for early-in-the-know investors!
- now im not saying this is definitive but if you can think of any other small companies he might be talking about I will have an open minded and unbiased discussion with you :) Dont you think the timing of everything is just golden? I sure do.

$HCTI - Have a great night folks!
