You can grasp for all the straws you wish trying to explain it off. Still doesn't hold water, though.

Fact is, if Comex seriously had a need for HCTI's product enough to place an order, that need would not change just because another company bought them out.

You're suggesting Comex left their customer, who they planned to use HCTI coatings on/for/with, high and dry and the job undone, just because "someone" bought them out?

That's not how business works.

That contract would've gotten finished with HCTI coatings no matter who owned Comex....if the contract was real, in the first place.
