Let me explain the "secrecy" or "lack of transparency."

The company will release the required reports when they can. However, Lauren Anthony represents the company, not us and cannot disclose anything. And the company cannot disclose anything to us without violating insider trading laws.

What some folks call secrecy is really just following the law.
