That's why I originally said we'll probably have to wait for the 10k in April, because of their transparency record. There is one way that I know of to delay the 8k, and that is if the filing includes the appointment of "new" officers. I don't know if that is the case here, but it's a possibility. If not, they face fines and penalties from the SEC.
