elysse, LOL, "Thanks God that there are lots of Dunkin Donuts around for these figurehead agencies!"

Dunkin donuts fa sure. Ya got that right.

It ONLY took the freaking SEC like EIGHT YEARS after they knew the total "dirt" on Bernard Madoff to "start" looking into the dude's crimes and finally eventually charge and prosecute him, LOL !! Now stuff of LEGEND in the land of Federal govt bureaucrat-ville.

Ole Bernie turns out to be the biggest securities fraud case (actually one of the largest financial crimes of ALL WORLD HISTORY) and the ole SEC, they "had him" on a silver platter- yeaaars before they did a thing about it.

In the end, ole Bernie blew through or managed to vaporize into "thin air" about $65 ba BILLION in coin, aka OPM, OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY.

So, not sure them SEC boys are exactly gonna be doing back-flips over some calls to their "hotline" about a 100% legal Tender offer for some lil ole micro-cap, being handled by two top tier investment banks, Citi and Jeffries.

The SEC isn't known for exactly jumping the gun, especially on imaginary crimes like, "THE TENDER PRICE IS TOO LOW, I LOST MONEY CAUSE OF IT"- just not sure that gets their top squad rushing for their unmarked cars and arming up for batman like action.

My guess, is the ole "hotline" is a pre-recorded message, LOL !!! Leave your info, WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU. Some of the most famous words in all of human history.

The dude who checks the "hotline" messages, has a Dunkin donut and a cold cup of coffee in his/her hand as they hit delete, delete, delete, delete......in some nondescript, unrecognizable govt building, lost in a maze of 100 other bureaucratic "departments", that all look that same.
