So, what happens if they get another round of financing through DMRJ?

Is that why you think mid-Feb is the day of reckoning?

Couldn't they work with DMRJ in Feb/Mar, and still sell the company in 2016?

Seems possible.

But, I do agree that we need IMSC leadership to restructure the debt in a more favorable way. I hope they're doing that and that the two companies they hired didn't just bring us someone to buy our receivables. I do think that's a cool development, but it does not solve the bigger issue.
