The court date on the 22nd of January has been cancelled. There will be no pre-conference. The judge has told PUGE when they want to present oral arguments for case dismissal he will hear them, all they need to do is file the letter to the court requesting such.
PUGE is vigorously countering the injunction, I’m not sure how valid their arguments are. It will probably require the Judge to make another decision. I haven’t seen any documents in the case indicating a transfer of Judges or venues. That being said, I’m not following Union Capitals case since it sort of piggy backs this one.
