What has happened is that FPFI is in default status with Nevada SOS.FPFI is also not current with the required filings to do business in the State of Georgia.
Harvest Soul, is now an LLC and doesnt appear to be associated with FPFI any longer. Yup, Kevin P Quirk is the only listed organizer of Harvest Soul, LLC which lists its headquarters as Quirks Residence.
The hole in the wall gang has gone silent, and most likely private with the juice line if it still exists.
They should have to file an SHGF form, (Share Holders Got F#^&@%*)
Joe C is still a penny CEO for a different company now, Quirk will forever be known as a sleazeball and will never have another penny stock company without a new assumed name and resume. Martin will show up at one of Joe's other companies. Always does.
