A family trust is no protection from the IRS.



Hmmm...not my area of expertise by any means but...say Ben owns the house and rents it to Lindy and Mrs. Lindy. The IRS can't seize YOUR property based on Lindy's tax debt. Why would they be able to seize the house that is in the name of a trust?
