My experience, is that little magic cell blog site has never even been REMOTELY CORRECT about a single thing, ever. Not only related to OCATA, but also their numerous other vast "claims" about other stem cell companies over the years (most of which are BK now or trading in the triple zeros etc, contrary to the little blog sit thingy saying they were the next biggest thing in medicine to come along in the past 100 years, LOL !! FANTASTIC) Correct at that blog site thingy? NOT EVEN ONCE per my experience, not even "close", ever. ($100 a share for OCATA "by end of 2015", LOL to $4,000 a share was their "price projections", all supposedly based on "factual models" etc LOL !!)
IMO, their 13 MILLION supposed "share count" is Grade-A fabricated BS. They don't have a SHRED of actual data presented, no scientific polling basis to support it, no actual facts to support it, etc. No one can even verify if even ONE of the supposed "share counts" is even real- there's no facts presented to show where the numbers even come from.
That bogus "13 MILLION" whatever, IMO, it's just a 100% made up, phony, totally fabricated number via one guy who has nothing more than an email address and then says things like:
Bob M. - 160,000 shares, NO TENDER, no way man
LOL, like that's "real" info?? THAT is the supposed "share count"??? That's a scientific "polling" based actual "share count" of who's Tendering and who's not???? REALLY? TOTAL BS IMO.
Notice, like nearly every supposed "no tender" holder has like $250,000 to many having supposedly $500,000 worth of ole OCATA (a former penny stock, until just recently per a 100 to 1 massive reverse split) $100's of THOUSANDS of dollars in shares in "retail" holder accounts, even after a 100 to 1 reverse split, LOL !! REALLY?
100's of people supposedly all own a 1/4 $MILLION OR MORE of a freaking recent OTC penny stock, LOL??
It would be hard pressed IMO to find several hundred individual, retail level shareholders who all own $250K to $500K of a freaking Blue Chip like Apple or Chevron or Microsoft, let alone some recent OTC penny convert stock, LOL !!! What, all these OCATA holders all have more liquid money and savings than 98% of American households per the governments own statistics? REALLY?
Just look up the avg size of an a typical American IRA, 401K and/or each citizen's total liquid savings and net worth per the Federal govt census data- and one will find that the little magic stem cell blog site supposed "share count" has managed to find (fabricate) that 100's of OCATA shareholders would all have to be in the top 5%, or really probably 3% of households in the U.S per income/net worth to be able to hold a single stock position of a 1/4 $MILLION to even a 1/2 $MILLION or more, ALL IN ONE STOCK, LOL !!!
TOTAL BS NONSENSE IMO. Not a SHRED of factual data to support or back-up that bogus "share count" info some guy has created via mystery emails or whatever. The numbers don't even come close to adding up.
