Why no insider buying?


I'm not trying to be provocative with this question. I am not a soft basher.

I am an IMSC long. I have been here a long time as well. I believe in the products and I'm very hopeful of a great outcome for investors.

But, I do not have a good answer to this question. And, it comes up a lot.

So, anyone have a theory? And, please, this is not an open call to bashers.
