Here To Serve Holding Corp.’s Investment in Meridian Waste Solutions, Inc Matures with Recent Senior Secured Credit Facility and Multiple Acquisitions


MILTON, GA--- January 5, 2016 -- Here To Serve Holding Corp., (OTC Pink: HTSC) is excited to announce their investment in Meridian Waste Solutions, Inc (OTCQB: MRDN) is maturing as MRDN has recently secured a $55M Senior Secured Credit Facility with a major bank. HTSC owns 3,322,809 shares of Meridian Waste Solutions, Inc., resulting from a transaction completed on October 31, 2014.

On December 29th, 2015, MRDN announced that as of December 22, 2015 it had secured, from a major bank, a $55 million senior secured credit facility, with $40 million of such amount funded at closing (the “Financing”) and, simultaneously with the Financing, the Company closed on two strategic acquisitions (the “Acquisitions”). The Financing and the Acquisitions allow the Company to become a fully integrated waste management operation with major hauling assets, transfer stations and a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfill in the St. Louis, Missouri marketplace.

Overall, the investors of HTSC are benefiting from the focused execution of the Meridian team. The Meridian team continues to execute on growth through acquisition, while also gaining market-share with new municipal contracts, such as the five-year exclusive contract with Webster Groves, MO.
