BLTA Cofounder's Employment Contracts (Seamless Transition) In Place











BLTA already has 4 Cofounder's Employment Contracts in place. They are not scheduled to take effect until commencement of flight revenue operations. However, they provide a broad outline of how Baltia's EVP Mr. Russell Thal currently acting as President, Baltia's Board of Directors and Management will ensure a smooth and seamless transition for Baltia Air Lines.
