The fact that they only mention it on their December CC is shameful. Their strategy of commenting about target dates, and then going silent, should be concerning to every investor, as there are many examples. Peregrine's communication strategy seems to be directed at allowing the PPS to decline.

JJ...I believe it is more along the lines that Peregrine doesn't want/ advised not to PR anything that is NOT MATERIAL that could "pump" the PPS.
This belief comes from the fact that the Class Action Lawsuit has parts that accuse Peregrine of PRing something that pumped up the price only to be slammed as a result of the dose switch(pronounced sabotage).

IE....The lawyers say...DO NOT PR ANYTHING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PER SEC REGS.

That's my thought and I believe this is volgoats line of thinking as well.

If true...it is a terrible situation for Peregrine with this CA being drug out as long as possible.
