Though I tend to agree, it's too early in the week to think that there may not be news before Thursday. I believe I once heard that a PR can be sent as late as midnight the night beofre and make the wire before the market opens. Most companies tend to file news releases several days ahead and that is what causes the SP to rise ahead of a PR, which invites selling into news. I think Dr. Seymour is a fast learner after having gotten burned on 2 previous PRs because his old agent allowed the PR to be circulated before the release. Or so he suspected.
