How can this be? The ask is .0001 and there are no takers for this "hidden gem?" Could it be that the "company" doesn't exist? Could it that the CEO disappeared over three years ago trying to avoid lawsuits? Could it be that there are no personnel, no office, no phone, no email, no assets, no patents, no filings with the SEC since 2007? Could it be that it was cited and fined by the SEC for 14 fraudulent PRs and is was dissolved by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012?
