I don't remember the exact wording either, but do agree about the timing issue. I think they were asked to wait till after the 8th, which would be the next trading day of the 11th. Any ideas what time GC is supposed to present? Hopefully near market open to avoid too much dumping from the Toxics.
From the most recent Series H shares being offered, it looks like the Company is expecting share price to rise to somewhere between 2.00 and 2.50 from the wording. Lets just hope this rings true for all of us.
