Seems like some other key people received a decent amount of shares... My feeling? They know where this stock is heading and they choose the shares now at these ridiculous low prices but are counting to cash out big some day on them...

Also, with ecigs being "accepted" as an aid to quit smoking in the UK & even provided by the NHS i'm still anxiously watching the middle-east (read Mansour) connection...
