I agree with eat's sentiment here. And zig's. And futr's. The market makers KNOW what they want to happen & HOW they want it to play out. Without hard fast PR's or revenue #'s coming in, they'll just try to scare you out of your shares. And, as was said before, the time to buy ISN'T when sentiment is SUPER high, it's actually when it's at its worst (if the company is fundamentally sound). Just pick a stock that's had a lot of price fluctuation, then go back & read the posts on that board paying particular attention to the sentiment of the posters. XKEM is a great example - I bought it when NOBODY wanted it - then sold it just when everybody started really hyping it. Yeah, I missed the "top" by .03, but I still made a TON of money. I've been buying BIGN almost every trading session lately when "NOBODY" wants to (and a lot of you are freaking out & selling). When the news actually hits, I WILL be rewarded again. Think long term if you have the financial stability to do so............
