There is no "company." CEO disappeared over three years ago trying to avoid lawsuits. No personnel, no office, no phone, no email, no assets, no patents, no filings with the SEC since 2007, cited and fined by the SEC for 14 fraudulent PRs, dissolved by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012.
