How many shares did each person have to retire?

In the last Q filed it states the following:

Calvin Ross: 169,615,000 Common Shares
- 1,000,000 A-2 Preferred Shares

Felipe Longoria: 102,615,000 Common Shares

Mike Berio: 80,000,000 Common Shares

That is a total of 352,230,000 common shares

So, it seems Ross is saying that all of the shares from himself, Longoria and Berio are being returned to the treasury.

The A-2 Preferred shares have no conversion but has 3,000 for 1 share super voting rights - or 3 Billion voting shares.

But now none have any ownership in the company - this stuff is too funny.
