there is no good news here. I don't get all the speculation about this and that. here are the facts: the revenues are absolute shit. the company has 1 distribution partner and they are fighting and the partner model is to give the software away for free and try to upsell. There is no reason for a merger, makes no sense as the NOL's from ABHI very likely have no value for an acquirer. The technology is PC centric and while there are billions of PC's, the PC optimization market is dominated by established players. ABHI has no $$$'s to fight it out so they have to resort to hail mary plays like the Korean gaming market. The mobile optimization market is wide open...but they are ignoring this. there are many more "facts" about the current state of ABHI but the most devastating is that no credible big company will partner with a company that has no revenues, a triple 000's stock price, multiple classes of stock, no reference partners, etc. They don't have a chance of partnering with Dell or HP or anyone like that. they would not make it through the internal DD process.

They are creating new classes of stock and then issuing preferred shares without any equity investment that convert at a high multiple. splitting 10-1 and then having a stock price of .005 seems idiotic to me, they should do 100-1 or even 250-1 to get a price that is realistic post split.

this company has I think 5 employees and 2 are from the Veloxum company so they have no real expertise on the business that a few years ago did multiple millions in revenue and no depth on the new business that they are banking on that did $6,000 (that is 6 thousand dollars) in revenue last quarter. My wife would call this an absolute shit show.

there is nothing here, and there is no PR that is going to make any difference. the company is technically and legally insolvent, they can only stay alive by selling assets (they have no more to sell) or by selling shares (they have billions they can sell)
