Deal is a tremendous positive.

Helps secure the future of the company



They're looking to do more exploration at Lugushwa.

RFW is long term financial partner determined to get projects on line.

They spent several months on this deal.

It will be very positive for re-fi in 2017

They are trying to remove the overhang on the company related to the 2017 re-fi

RFW spent a lot of time with BAA in the Congo before committing.

Production numbers are likely out the second week of the month... as usual.
