At this point I somewhat agree with Charlatan. The plan sounds great. The share structure plan looks like these guys want to go.

My problem is that FGFC manamement is throwing around some big numbers; acquisitions, casinos, land, financing; buybacks. and etc. PUT IT IN WRITING WITH THE SEC.

What a filing will do is give a history of FGFC; shares, people, numbers, where they got the $'s, etc.

I do not post to pump or dump. I have successfully flipped this one five times. This only shows my uncertain knowledge.
