I appreciate that you take a look at fundamentals. Very smart for a chartist to know what is happening with fundamentals. I like to say fundamentals tell you what to buy and charts tell you when to buy. (Don't think I made that up, probably heard it somewhere)

OTC stocks are a little different because almost all of their fundamentals suck, so I agree with looking straight at what you are looking at (filings/notes/dilution) and try and trade around it. You know what you are doing!

For OTC dilutors BMAK doesn't bother me too much when I see him AS LONG AS the chart is good to go. BMAK I think sometimes even facilitates runs. The one I can't stand is Buckman (BKRT). VFIN and VNDM also suck. PUMA is kind of in-between a VFIN and a BMAK, maybe a BMAK lite. Also sometimes you will see one called DINO. Nasty little fellow when he is around. To me he is kind of a VNDM lite. I'm sure you know this but just putting it our there for those that might not.

I fully agree with you about TSTS and DCAC. I think there is potential but just have to trade around the dilution. TSTS maybe I think can pop to 003 (tops tops 005 or so without some earth shattering news), then the nasty dealers go to town on it again. TSTS I just think a good flip from a possible bounce off bottom bollinger.

DCAC I completely agree that there is a time window here soon (maybe now if recent notes done like you said) where it can make a move.

HKFI looks like a tricky one to me. It was pinched and then had a pop over the 20sma which broke the pinch. Similar to TSTS but in TSTS case the downtrend was more severe and since the ADX is strength of trend the upward correction to the trend on TSTS had less of an effect to the ADX line then it did in HKFI's case. Basically TSTS's pinch still in effect but HKFI's not so much. Then I would want support and I see the bottom BB isn't there to support HKFI but it is there to support TSTS, so if I had to pick between the two TSTS would be my pick. I do like the candle HKFI had the last trading day. I will watch it and look for confirmation following that candle. Thank you for asking and for the intelligent discussion.
