DCAC Must read DD and Must see CHART. Whatever remaining conversion due is minimal and next note isnt due for 45+ days, plus the company confirmed at the end of last week big updates coming in 2016. THis stock could be .01-.02 by then imo. Massive pincher chart below.. The Accumulation line is through the rooF! Parabolic Sar about to go positive for first time in MONTHS.. Imo break over .0017 and we test the 50dma at .0077

Anyone look through notes ? I see only two notes converting since November /December. . Total of $115k..
Total volume for the last two months about 400M.. I think this should cover whole amount and this could be clean and ready to go any time..
The earliest next note is mid February. .. plenty of time.. OS is probably close to 200M now.. and pps in low 1s..
On April 28, 2015, the Company entered in convertible note agreement with a private and accredited investor, KBM Capital, in the amount of $65,000, unsecured, with principal and interest(stated at 8%) amounts due and payable upon maturity on October 28, 2015. After six months, the note holder has the option to convert any portion of the unpaid principal balance into the Company’s common shares at any time.
On May 14, 2015, the Company entered in convertible note agreement with a private and accredited investor, KBM Capital, in the amount of $50,000, unsecured, with principal and interest(stated at 8%) amounts due and payable upon maturity on November 14, 2015. After six months, the note holder has the option to convert any portion of the unpaid principal balance into the Company’s common shares at any time.
