They will continue to do what the FAA determines next if it sounds reasonable or they take other actions legally. No one is sure their next move if that point is not a favorable outcome. I will promise you though if we don't get positive news by the 15th many investors including myself will be hounding the FAA and will be contacting some very important sources that will weigh heavily on the shoulders of the FAA. They will have to explain why Baltia is not being given a fair chance in the certification process compared to normally industry practices. Standard practices and past practice is key in the judicial system. Once the SDR's of the same exact slide issues that other airlines have happen and no repercussion comes to light compared to Baltia being punished for these same issues, the FAA will be in the hot seat for their actions! This will not be good and people lose jobs in the government when action like these happen. Plus millions of dollars will be compensated at the FAA's cost for the hardship they have caused Baltia. This will not be take well by the Tax payers that pay for the FAA to even exist! Media will have a field day.
