If all 1.6 billion share are outstanding the buy out offer will not even be close to $1. Maybe, if we are lucky, it will be around .33, and that is considering a lot of things go just right. Please if anyone can give me another example of an OTC biotech ticker with over a billion shares outstanding that was acquired at a premium price to the market trading price, of over $2 per share. I got all year to wait for an example......
