this is exactly why the 10Q next month is so exciting!! for now we're just trusting pro star management's reported revenues so it'll be SWEET to see numbers in the10Q. i have no doubts whatsoever though cuz they came up with the closing cash on excellent terms and restructured old debts on better terms, things that wouldn't have been done if it wasn't legit... they did mention the acquisition would compliment their technology which i assumed meant they'd be installing on their truck fleet...
