My broker cant sell any otc not only axcg looking for another broker but The vest The swc can do is to delist all these kind of shares. I have aern and axcg and cant sell any shares i prefer to wait to delist than hold Shares i cant sell its a problem for me because i pay 6 dollar every month for all The otc shares i hold (custody of shares)...
