Goldland, remember when G#DC got hammered from pennies to around .002, after they did that convertible debt deal? Then they paid for promotion and it bounced 1000%+ to .039, to eventually reach a peak of .12, months later?
The same group that did G#DCs financing deal, appears to have done one with PFSD...
Its not a sure thing, but after witnessing this group pull this exact same scenario on about a half dozen other stocks, what are the odds they run this back up, so they can dump the bulk of their shares much higher? Just like on G#DC and several other tickers?
My guess is that a paid promo is coming and this ticker is closer to a low, than a high.
