History here also clearly shows the complete lack of ethical and moral behavior. Though that can not be regulated and governed, one always has the greatest hope that humans strive to acquire such characteristics as they grow older. If anyone takes a moment to review things here...what was said by the CEO in black and white and what he actually did/what the end result was...I pity them if they still choose to have anything to do with this drowning duck.

One thing that does remain consistent...the incredible imagination of a CEO that continues to foster it with predictions of fortune and success. Never going to happen as long as the devil remains at the helm here. The proof of the evil that was done to past shareholders is in the filings, in the erroneous blogs (still can't say that without throwing up a little), in the PRs, in every single detail of this "company" that once had such an amazing future ahead of it. The CEO seems to have made darn sure it failed. Given the ludicrous "mistakes" and compounded failures, one has to question if it wasn't done on purpose given these things that were done my 12 year old nephew would have known it was a wrong decision on every level. Even he knows how bad it is to knowingly lie and manipulate.
