So while Kent may think FINRA is asking for stuff over and over...or new stuff out of left field...it may be going this way by design on FINRA's part.

Reminiscent of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet that told a story that could not be backed up by the Statement of Cash Flows. If you're making numbers up you need to make sure everything matches. Kent (or his cracker jack CPAs) were careless.

FINRA may have given Kent just enough rope to hang himself.
