The brand will survive - the Company is being turned over to the secured debt holders. The only thing that will not survive is the current common shares. They will be cancelled under the bankruptcy.
It is likely the new owners will seek to take it public again as their exit strategy sometime down the road. Probably a couple of years from now if they are successful in turning the brand around.
